For the sake of blogging
Blogging for the sake of blogging. It's not that I have nothing to say, but lately I find it bothersome to sit down and type down the activities that happened on that day, but tonight I will make an effort. Nothing really much is happening, and I find that I like it that way. It gives me a chance to focus on my studies, because this sem I need to double my efforts to get, duh, higher grades than before. I kinda think that it's impossible, knowing that I have 2 math subjects and an economics class wherein I can't seem to understand anything. But, like I said, double my efforts.
I finally saw Harry Potter and I was really disappointed. Other people may find it amazing, great and everything related to that word, but I was downright disappointed. Like at the end, "that's it?" It may be because I expected too much. A version of the book wove into my mind, my imagination directing the actors and creating scenes that I feel would really challenge the directors of the movie. I found that they were really gaps in the movie that they needed to fill. I mean, if you really base it from the book, it was really lacking. Who the hell cares if it'll be more than 3 hours? As long as the audience is satisfied, then that shouldn't matter at all. But, anyway, the actors still fitted in their roles. Cedric was hot! Perfect for the description in the book. Harry is still Harry and so were the other two supporting roles.
Saturday was both tiring and fulfilling. Spent half the day with hordes of kids! It literally sucked the energy from everyone but at least they were happy. It's amazing how something so small could put a smile on a kid's face. That sounded corny but it is true. Well, I guess it'll be some time before I'll be able to see most of them again. I'll be teaching math! Haha! Now I have to find a way to make math interesting. It's so sad to see them struggling with just a simple multiplication problem.
I really hate my sched. I know it's no use, but it's the exact opposite as last sem's.
Today we had an adventure. It's scary to ride a trike that literally goes against the traffic and seeing the headlights of cars made my heart beat faster. I thought for a second we were gonna die there. For only a second. In the end, we ended up just having an adventure for nothing. Haha! But it was fun, in a cynical sort of way.
I can't believe I'm near broke. My ATM carries less than the limited amount and my spare cash isn't worth talking about. What did I do for them to lessen my allowance? Well, I think I know the answer to that, but I refuse to acknowledge it.
Busy days up ahead and I'm not talking about acads.
Math is supposed to be fun! So how come I find eco 115 so utterly boring? But then again, economics is a boring course so I can't complain. History is like the best class I have this sem. Second to that French, then accounting, eco115, sci 10 and eco 111. Economics. Whatever possessed me to continue this course?
I can't wait to go home this Friday!! I'll be missing PM but it really doesn't matter. I mean, if I ask around, they'll think it's a joke. So what's the use?
